The Q+ Crew is a blended online/in-person support group hosted by the Inter-Cultural Association to help racialized and queer youth build community, process their experiences and develop strong mental health practices in a culturally-responsive environment.

The program will be hosted 2x online and 2x in-person each month from September to December. Please see the attached poster for dates. For the safety of participants, the meeting link and location will be distributed after participants register.

We've got an exciting lineup of sessions related to ourselves, our community and our world. Activities will include art, yoga, movement, and discussions about topics important to participants. The sessions will be co-facilitated by Joban Dhanoa, who is an amazing registered counsellor at Marigold Counselling.

Please share this program with your networks and any youth you think might benefit from this program. Youth, parents or youth workers should email Robin/call to register: rmcgeough@icavictoria.org / 250-883-6947.
