She is honoured to help others through their vulnerability with relevant and validating responses, which she believes is the key for positive change!
About Paige Mathison
Paige Mathison has a light hearted and comedic approach to the difficult topics surrounding mental health. She is a firm believer in the ability to increase overall wellness, and does so by taking a strength-based and non-judgemental route toward well-being growth!
Paige Mathison has been a psychiatric nurse since 2009. She has extensive experience in working with adult populations and some youth in a hospital environment. She is also in the works of completing her Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology with plans to use her skills in a private practice setting.
Paige Mathison is also a stand-up comedian, and likes to utilize humour in educating and communicating with her audience to create an effective fun experience!
